Guaraná Latte is a naturally caffeinated coffee alternative made with whole-seed guaraná, Australian bush honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Vallentine & Co makes it as a smooth paste, not a powder, so it is quick to stir into a café-style drink at home.
A different way to do energy
We love coffee. This is simply another option when you want energy to feel different.
Guaraná seed naturally contains caffeine. We blend the whole seed with honey and warming spices to make a drink that is smooth, lightly spiced and gently sweet. As with any caffeinated drink, how it feels can vary with serving size, timing, food and individual sensitivity.
What does Guaraná Latte taste like?
It is warm, rounded and lightly spiced, with natural sweetness from Australian bush honey. It does not try to copy the roasted flavour of coffee, and it is not an earthy powder that you have to force down.
How to make Guaraná Latte
- Add 10 g, about one teaspoon, to your cup.
- Add a small splash of boiling water and stir until smooth.
- Top with frothed milk to make a drink of about 6 oz.
For an iced version, dissolve the paste first, then pour it over ice and cold milk. You can also blend it into a smoothie.
How does it compare with coffee?
Coffee and guaraná both naturally contain caffeine, but they come from different plants and make very different drinks. The caffeine in a finished cup depends on the ingredient, serving size and preparation, so comparing the raw seeds alone does not tell you which drink is stronger.

A 350 g jar makes approximately 35 serves at the recommended 10 g serve.
