Refund policy
This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from Vallentine & Co. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products as food and beverage items, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.
This includes circumstances where you no longer want the product, ordered the wrong item, or have opened the product and do not wish to continue using it. For health and safety reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned unless the product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or otherwise required by law.
2. Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect, or Unsafe Products
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, unsafe, or not as described, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible at: hello@vallentineandco.com.Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue. We will assess the matter and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, provide an appropriate remedy. This may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
3. Returns
Products must not be returned to us without first contacting Vallentine & Co and receiving return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. Where a return is required due to a damaged, faulty, incorrect, unsafe, or misdescribed product, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.
4. Refunds

Gift cards are not refundable.
Sale items are only refundable where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where the product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a remedy if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, including where the product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, incorrectly supplied, or not fit for its intended purpose.
