Raw, unfiltered Australian honey made in small batches using a method developed by ethnobotanist William Vallentine. Independently tested at NPA 32.8.

Vallentine's Honey has always had its own story.
Ethnobotanist William Vallentine spent time working with Indigenous communities in South America, an experience that shaped his interest in plants and natural systems. He was also fascinated by the way bees protect the hive. Drawing on those experiences and observations, he developed his own method for making honey more than 15 years ago.
That honey has built a loyal following around the Northern Rivers. We're giving it a home under Vallentine & Co so more people can discover it, while keeping the honey and his method the same.

Independent testing recorded an NPA result of 32.8 for Vallentine's Honey. We also show 1884 MGO equivalent for people familiar with that scale.
